The primary and sole responsibility of this role is to provide technical support during Night Operations (US business hours). The Service Desk Analyst will work closely with US colleagues and must demonstrate excellent English communication skills. The role requires the ability to read, listen to, and clearly understand user requirements, and to provide effective support to the best of one's ability. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for carrying out all assigned IT responsibilities specific to Night Operations, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualification: BE/BTech in IT, Computer Engineering, or any Computer Science graduate.
Work Experience: Required - 1 to 3 years.
