 
                                                
                                            We require a customer focused tenacious and target driven individual to join MRI within the Renewals Sales team. In this role, you will be focused on connecting with existing clients and with their MRI Account Manager, reviewing their contracted solutions and ensuring that they are happy with their current products and services. The role involves managing contract renewals and using this opportunity to extend the contract and review available packages to maximize revenue for MRI and ROI for the customer. To ensure you can do this, you will be thoroughly trained on MRI's suite of solutions to help you promote them within existing clients.
As key members of our growth and retention function, the Renewals team works to engage existing customers via telephone, email, and social media to build the relationship and develop the right renewal package for each customer, based on need, current system utilization and future plans, executing each new agreement as efficiently as possible. While previous experience is ideal, candidates that show drive and potential will be strongly considered for the role.
We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialization. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in the London office.
