Salesforce Administration & Reporting:

- Monitor and maintain data integrity and governance across Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Deliver actionable insights across the funnel: campaigns, pipeline, CAC, LTV, churn, attribution, and revenue reporting.
- Build and maintain executive-level KPI dashboards in collaboration with Revenue Operations.
- Audit and optimize Salesforce record layouts, associations, flows and processes to support business needs across Marketing, Sales, CS, Revenue Ops, and Finance.
Automation & Integration:
- Manage and optimize workflow automations in Salesforce to ensure Salesforce–HubSpot synchronization (in partnership with Marketing Operations).
- Ensure accurate, standardized data flow and documentation across platforms.
- Support unified reporting that combines Salesforce and HubSpot data.
Platform Optimization & Support:
- Identify system gaps, recommend improvements, and enhance the Salesforce environment to meet evolving business requirements.
- Provide user support, training, and documentation as needed.
- Act as the go-to expert for Salesforce analytics, scalability, and reporting.
What Qualifies You:
- 5–10+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration, architecture, and reporting experience
- Proven ownership of a Salesforce environment and integrations

- Strong track record in pipeline, funnel, and revenue attribution reporting
- Experience engaging with senior (VP/CXO-level) stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and cross-time-zone collaboration
- Availability for 4–5 hours of overlap with US working hours
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce Administrator certification(s) (ADM201 or higher)
- Advanced certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, Architect-level)
- Experience with B2B SaaS or global organizations
Why Join Us:
- Work directly with senior leadership on high-impact, global projects
