✨ About The Role
- Lead the production support and development of PLC, robotics, and process control systems on manufacturing equipment
- Collaborate with internal design resources and external automation vendors to implement manufacturing equipment and processes
- Develop an architecture for data management and tracking communication networks
- Establish controls and test standards for new automated process equipment deployment into production
- Optimize automated processes to reduce cycle time, maximize availability, and improve yield
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced in managing projects related to controls standards creation, development, and design
- Proficient in programming Allen-Bradley Rockwell, Siemens, and/or Beckhoff PLCs
- Skilled in designing and troubleshooting common fieldbus networks and developing HMIs and SCADA systems
- Familiar with safety standards and electrical standards for industrial machinery
- Hands-on experience in high or low volume manufacturing environments
