Application Support Specialist For Oc-Karat Software Solution

Are you an IT professional with a knack for solving IT problems? Do you enjoy the variety and are equally interested in the commercial processes of customers as well as their IT environment?

Then support us in the application support for our widely used enterprise resource planning software, OC-Karat!

We need your ideas and solutions for the daily support requests and you will support customers in the implementation of our software products.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include:

• Accompanying digitalization projects at customers
• Processing and solving support tickets
• Installation and configuration of our software products at the customer
• Conducting user training and workshops
• Supporting the further development of the software

Your medium-term development opportunities are:

• Project management of customer projects
• Key account management

Qualification

You are in training or have completed a training as a merchant in digitization management (IT merchant) (w/m/d), IT specialist (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification.

Alternatively, your interests lie in the IT sector and you have already acquired important business IT topics.

You think in a networked way and enjoy recognizing errors in the application context and solving them independently with the user.

You are able to critically question the working methods of the users and also show alternative solutions.

You have already gained experience in the application, installation, configuration, and support of a MSSQL-based software.

You have already gained experience in the forklift or construction machinery industry.

A driver's license class B for a car is desirable.
