We're on the lookout for a Live Services Manager — a sales-driven, commercially minded professional who's ready to take ownership of our RaceControl subscription platform and help accelerate its growth.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute sales and growth strategies to increase subscription revenue, retention, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
• Identify and convert new market opportunities in collaboration with marketing.
• Lead A/B tests and promotional campaigns to optimise conversion and upsell.
• Analyse churn and engagement data to build retention and win-back programs.
• Manage the RaceControl live content calendar, ensuring regular, high-value updates.
• Own key KPIs (growth, churn, ARPU) and translate insights into clear commercial actions.
• Collaborate across product, marketing, and finance to maximise value delivery and forecasting accuracy.

What You'll Bring

• 2–4 years' experience in sales, growth marketing, or live services — ideally in gaming, SaaS, or digital entertainment.
• Proven track record of growing subscriptions and improving monetisation.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with experience using CRM, A/B testing, or analytics tools.
• Excellent communicator — confident influencing cross-functional teams and leadership with data-driven insights.
• Ambitious, proactive, and driven by results.
