We are seeking a self-driven Senior System Test Engineer to take on a vital role in our software development quality process. For this role we will be looking for someone with experience coordinating a team for on-site testing of hardware, coordinating testing with a global team of stakeholders, and skill in creating succinct reports that convey the health of various products. Additionally, you will help mentor the on-site team with automating repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong familiarity with multiple programming languages (preferably C# and Python) and a keen eye for detail. You'll be expected to demonstrate thoroughness in test development and execution with a commitment to maintaining high standards of software quality. This position is based in Vancouver, BC and the candidate must reside in the Greater Vancouver Area as you will be required to go into the office on a hybrid work schedule.
Target Base Salary Range: 100,000 - 140,000 CAD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
