Industrial Engineer Of Continuous Improvement

In this role as an Industrial Engineer of Continuous Improvement you will:

1. Design and implement industrial systems that incorporate people, systems, equipment, materials, and space to optimize use of all resources.
2. Collect and interpret complex data sets; perform detailed work studies (time/motion) to identify bottlenecks, measure process capability, improve ergonomics and deliver improved overall operational effectiveness (OEE).
3. Design manufacturing methods, procedures, and plan production sequences.
4. Develop and conducts training programs to promote efficient and effective personnel and equipment use.
5. Execute projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive measurable efficiencies, cost reductions, and quality improvements.
6. Plan and facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to engage cross-functional teams in process improvement initiatives.
7. Other duties as assigned

Additional Qualified Skills:

• Lean Six Sigma Certified Belt with deep, hands-on expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC).
• Proven change agent with the ability to motivate teams, drive project progress and handle ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Target Base Salary Range: $65,900 - $85,000

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering: (Industrial, Mechanical, etc.)
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
