PCR Channel Taiwan

The primary responsibility is to drive sales of Motorola Solutions' Safety and Security Solutions, with a core focus on two-way radios, while also expanding into associated physical security solutions such as Body Worn Cameras (BWC) and fixed video solutions in Taiwan. Lead customer engagement, foster business growth through effective business development, drive vertical market expansion, and manage system integration project sales. Proactively develop and expand sales pipelines through direct customer engagement and strategic leverage of channel partners. Identify and cultivate expansion business opportunities through existing and new partnerships, particularly with consultants, system integrators, or third-party application providers, to establish an integrated customer solution ecosystem. Lead the internal cross-functional team in planning the market's Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, including Route-to-Market planning, product positioning, resource allocation, and market development. Manage and enable partners to enhance their solution sales capabilities and adopt solution-oriented sales methodologies.

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of channel sales experience in the ICT, system integration (SI), safety, physical security or telecommunication industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, either directly or in collaboration with partners, to generate customer opportunities, build pipelines, and drive deal closures.
  • Proven experience in channel sales management, channel program operations, and partner business planning.
  • Successful track record in managing a channel structure including distributors and resellers, along with documented success in expanding market coverage through partner acquisition and enablement.
  • Ability to manage accurate sales forecasts, mitigate risks, and consistently create new opportunities on a weekly basis to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • A proven track record of successful project wins in key accounts or through strategic alliances is a plus.
  • Experience with subscription or "as a service" models related to network service providers and/or application service providers is a plus.
  • Sales experience within the safety and security vertical industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in both English and Taiwanese is required.
