We have an excellent sales opportunity for a tenacious and motivated individual to join our young Access Control Team as an Access Control Specialist Sales for the Northern European region. As such, you will be responsible for positioning the Motorola Enterprise access solutions as the solutions of choice for our partners and end users. You'll identify, target, and win new business by building flourishing relationships with access control installers and integrators. You will be comfortable in discussing complex security projects where access control is the heart of the ecosystem. As your relationships mature, you'll establish opportunities for upselling, and showcase new products that our clients cannot live without.

Your daily routine includes:

  • Responsible for driving access control sales in assigned territory and target accounts.
  • Identify strategic areas for growth and develop plans to boost sales, whilst supporting the development and delivery of future strategies across the region.
  • Develop and enable long-term account plans that highlight strategies to onboard new accounts and grow with the existing accounts.
  • Coordinate the interaction between key customers and MSI resources as needed.
  • Shares SME knowledge of the Motorola Enterprise Access Solutions in a team-based culture focused on innovation and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and convert new installers within the currently served markets.
  • Actively contribute to the creation of a certified installer community around access control.
  • Analyze market demand to identify growth opportunities and forecast future sales targets.
  • Acts as mentor and trainer to develop other members of the sales team on access solutions.
  • Drive business growth by influencing consultants and end-user groups to drive up demand.

Basic requirements include:

  • You're ambitious, tenacious, and results orientated with a positive outlook, with a clear focus on driving profitable sales.
  • Your communication skills are second to none. We're looking for you to be able to articulate business opportunities to C-Suite customers.
  • Understanding of how to navigate a new customer, and how to grow the solution offering to them, boosting revenue.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to share insight to the wider sales organisation, improving capabilities.
  • We want you to understand CRMs and use data to improve results.
  • We're passionate about technical based solutions, and will look for that in you too.
  • Willing to travel across the region on business trips (+50% time)

You can confirm on:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the solution selling environment.
  • Proven understanding of physical access control in B2B market.
  • Team player, yet autonomous worker
  • Dutch or German native, with good English knowledge, any other language is a plus.
  • Willing to travel across the Region on business trips.
  • Culturally aware
  • Strong direct sales background - Conceptual selling background - complex solution selling - consultative selling methodologies.
  • Persuasive, winning mentality.
  • Demonstrated strong Account Management techniques, including territory planning
  • Experience presenting to complex organizations & performing high level demonstrations of sophisticated integrated security solutions is strongly preferred
  • Technical understanding of physical Access Control solutions.
  • Proficiency in managing complex sales strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability selling to all levels of an organization.
  • Familiarity with salesforce.com (or other CRM).
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and partner with internal and external resources.
  • Assertiveness, resourcefulness required.
  • Ability to listen well, communicate and qualify effectively, over the telephone to all levels.
