Summary of Responsibility:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Applications Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll bring a fresh perspective, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn as you work alongside experienced engineers to support our products, processes, and customers. Your curiosity, adaptability, and collaborative spirit will help us deliver innovative solutions and outstanding service.
What You Will Contribute:
- Work with a team of experienced engineers to grow and gain a technical knowledge of product lines represented by the company
- Assist in conducting pre-sale activities and reviews including customer visits, evaluation of opportunities, machine assessment and recommendations, part processing recommendations and development of turnkey proposals
- Learn to make accurate cost estimates, write engineering reports, and interpret plans and specifications
- Learn to program and set up CNC lathes, CNC vertical or horizontal mills, and Swiss style lathes
- Participate in customer demos and training.

Qualifications & Competencies:
- Technical Degree or Certificate of Completion from a Technical School or Machining Program or equivalent experience.
- Basic understanding of CNC machining and G-Code
- Basic understanding of CAD/CAM software
- MasterCam, Esprit and Solidworks experience is a plus
- Team player with effective interpersonal skills
