We're seeking someone to join our Outgoing Transfers team as an Associate in Wealth Management Operations to support outgoing asset transfers. Our team manages requests that carry high risk, which requires high attention to detail, a solid risk mindset, and ongoing process improvement. In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships, driving strategic automation solutions by embracing a transformation mindset and challenging the status quo. This is an Associate Professional position at the P2 level position within Core Services, which is responsible for performing and managing product-agnostic and centralized operational services across several businesses and products. - Process transactions/tasks within coverage area
- Respond to client requests with accuracy and speed, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
- Follow escalation framework, taking responsibility for identifying, escalating and preventing issues
- Raise issues, question others and offer solutions/ideas
- Meet with the team Manager and area leaders to receive career coaching and opportunities for growth
- Take on stretch assignments that involve learning new skills such as excel data manipulation, vba, low code automation in uipath, alyteryx, powerbi, process mapping, project participation for technology updates, etc.

Familiarity with Outlook and excel, problem solving framework, customer service experience is a plus

At least 2-4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
