Responsibilities

  1. Collect and analyze production data to identify deviations or inefficiencies.
  2. Use statistical tools for process control (SPC, DOE).
  3. Adapt existing processes to new products or customer requirements.
  4. Participate in the validation and commissioning of new equipment or production lines.
  5. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  6. Evaluate process risks and propose control measures.

Qualifications

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of industrial processes, materials, and equipment.
  • Proficiency in quality and continuous improvement tools.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with technical software (AutoCAD, Minitab, ERP, etc.).
  • Intermediate English.
