Responsibilities

  1. Analyze and design manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  2. Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  3. Ensure processes comply with quality standards (ISO, etc.).
  4. Create and update work instructions, routing sheets, and operating manuals.
  5. Evaluate, select, and install production equipment and tools.
  6. Conduct time and motion studies to ensure efficient use of resources.
  7. Coordinate with other departments such as quality, maintenance, product engineering, and logistics.

Qualifications

  • Technical knowledge in industrial processes.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, ERP systems, or MES platforms.
  • Analytical thinking and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Leadership and communication skills.
  • Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Intermediate English
