Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in French? We are looking for a motivated Administrator to join our HR team at our Manufacturing plant in Capellen, Luxembourg on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is essential in supporting our HR department with administration activities linked to the employee lifecycle as well as training and recruitment.
If you have a strong administrative background, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working with data and people, this could be the perfect role for you.
Proven admin or assistant experience (experience in an HR environment will be a plus)- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures- Proficient in MS Office pack (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)- Knowledge of the software DSK Systems will be a plus- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work- Attention to detail and high sense of organization- Strong ethical standards and high sense of confidentiality- Languages: English and French - excellent written and verbal communication skills
