We're looking for a People Data & Systems Analyst to help us build, manage and improve our People systems and data. This role will play a key part in the implementation of our new HRIS, helping to ensure the system is set up effectively and supports the needs of our teams and managers.
You'll support the People Team and wider business with clear, reliable people metrics and compliance reporting, helping turn data into insights that support better decisions and ensuring we meet our reporting obligations in the jurisdictions where we employ people.
Following implementation, you'll be responsible for the ongoing management and optimisation of our People systems, ensuring our data is accurate, reporting is insightful, and our processes are efficient.
