- Lead a team of product marketers in the Borrowing Collective to define product propositions and go-to-market strategies for lending products
- Develop Tier 1 launches that shift perception of borrowing for Monzo customers and align with business objectives
- Craft impactful messaging frameworks that resonate with target audiences
- Drive growth and adoption of loans, Flex, and Cashback through partnership with Product and CRM teams
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends, customer behaviors, and competitive changes

- Experienced product marketing leader with a track record of coaching and developing teams to success
- Previous work in a consumer products organization, ideally with experience in borrowing products
- Ability to collaborate closely with Product leadership to shape go-to-market strategies
- Strong understanding of campaign metrics and channel mix, from CRM to Paid marketing
- Passion for product marketing and its critical role within the organization
