Responsible for leading the CRM team and developing and executing the company's CRM strategy
Work closely with various teams to ensure excellent customer interactions via all marketing touchpoints
Create and implement robust systems and processes to track CRM KPIs and improve customer experience
Manage partner relationships and stay up-to-date on the latest CRM trends and technologies
Lead, nurture, and grow the CRM team to maintain a high-performing and happy team

Proven experience at the director level in customer relationship marketing, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry
Strong analytical skills with a focus on understanding customer behavior and utilizing data-driven insights
Innovative leadership approach with a track record of nurturing talent within CRM teams
Comfortable working with metrics and data to drive engagement, retention, and product usage
Experience collaborating with product teams and working at scale with millions of customers
