The Wealth Management Business Support Assistant Manager will provide operational, tax, and escrow support to the Wealth Management team by streamlining workflow processes across multiple platforms. This position will lead a team of Wealth Management Business Support Specialists to ensure timely support and service for our internal relationship management teams. Responsibilities include overseeing Wealth Management system delivery and enhancements, managing risk controls, and serving as the subject matter expert for business unit and executive-level reporting. Additionally, this position drives process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across Wealth Management operations.
- Hires, supervises, evaluates, mentors, and develops team.
- Performs personnel actions to include performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and interviewing candidates for employment.
- Supervises the daily activities of the team to include delegation of assignments, development of work schedules to meet required timelines, and ensures training is completed.

- Competent in performing mathematical operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and calculating rates, ratios, and percentages.
- Demonstrates the ability to analyze information, interpret instructions in various formats (written, oral, or diagram), and apply logical reasoning to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively.
- Applies intermediate accounting principles and trust accounting expertise in research, application, and complex problem-solving.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- 4-6 years experience in operations, accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 1-3 years of experience in an investment, trust, or wealth management firm preferred.
- 1-3 years of exposure to and knowledge of estate, gift, fiduciary income, and individual income tax preferred.
