Are you someone who enjoys helping people feel welcome, safe, and supported? Opportunities, Inc. is seeking a Receptionist for our Permanent Supportive Housing program. This is more than a front desk role; it's the heart of our housing community.

What you'll do:

• Greet residents and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phones, respond to questions, and direct people to the right staff.
• Monitor the front entrance to help maintain a safe and respectful environment.
• Assist residents with basic paperwork or connect them to resources.
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling, data entry, and maintaining records.

What we're looking for:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay calm and respectful in a busy environment.
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable with basic computer tasks.

Shifts available: Full time and Part time available including some Monday - Friday and some only weekends. We have daytime, evening, and overnight shifts available. Hourly pay ranges from $18 - $22 depending on shift.
