Main Responsibilities

- Stimulate sales and establish relationships: Achieve sales goals and exceed expectations by creating lasting connections with clients. Help new and existing customers find products that meet their needs. - Become an expert in vision: Offer personalized advice and recommend eyewear solutions tailored to each client's lifestyle and preferences. - Learn and evolve: Improve your skills through hands-on training and collaborate with experienced professionals to deliver superior service. - Collaborate and contribute: Work closely with your team and management to maintain a positive and supportive environment where everyone contributes to success. - Create a welcoming store atmosphere: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience. - Foster inclusion and respect: Cultivate an inclusive and respectful environment for clients and colleagues.

What We Are Looking For

- Passion for customer service: Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but your enthusiasm for helping others and creating excellent experiences is essential. - Sales acumen: Thrive in a dynamic environment, using your communication skills to retain customers and boost sales. - Tech-savvy and detail-oriented: Comfortable using technology to ensure clients enjoy a flawless shopping experience. - Fashion-forward: A keen interest in eyewear and fashion trends, with the ability to help clients find their perfect look. - Personal motivation and adaptability: Stay motivated and resilient, adapt to fast-paced environments, and always seek opportunities to learn and grow.
