The ideal candidate is approachable, who thrives when working with clients, architects/engineers, and sub-contractors/suppliers. This individual will be under the direction of the Pre-construction Manager, Chief Estimator, and Senior Estimator to plan cost factors for building process which will include; analyzing blueprints, reviewing specifications and proposals, and preparing documentation for time, cost, and labor.
Why You Want This Position:
Salary range $80,000 to $110,000/year, depending on experience

Essential Functions and Duties:
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science/Management, Civil or Architectural Engineering or 3 or more years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Familiar with Destini Estimator, Procore, Join.Build, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, Microsoft applications, iSqFt/Construct Connect
Ability to effectively communicate in written/verbal form as it relates to technical information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and vendors.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures or governmental regulations.
Maintains a strong work ethic and positive, can-do attitude.
The ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
