We are looking for one Program Support Specialist to join our team in the Field Services & Technology Section of the Air, Energy, & Mining Division. The Program Support Specialist is responsible for performing high-level administrative services and program support by conducting research, preparing and editing documents, handling communications and information requests, conducting website maintenance, and providing data and records management. This position performs support functions such as preparing correspondence, proofing materials, mail processing, assisting visitors, managing main phone lines, arranging conference calls, and making arrangements for travel, meetings, or events.
