This position is a front-line sales role focused on driving new residential customer growth through direct outreach and community engagement. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting and acquiring new customers, providing knowledgeable guidance on services, and ensuring a positive customer experience from first contact. Working closely with marketing and operational teams, this role supports campaigns, market expansion, and community initiatives. Salary: $50k to $55k base plus $45k to $55k in commissions and bonuses
