The Member Service Representative (MSR) plays a vital role as a first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring each interaction reflects professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help. This position is responsible for opening and maintaining memberships and accounts, processing a variety of member requests, and providing accurate information about Montana Credit Union's products and services. MSRs assist members in person, over the phone, and through digital channels, helping them achieve their financial goals with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

High school diploma or equivalent is required. At least 2 years of exceptional customer or member service experience preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
Pay Range: $17.00 - $19.00 Hourly DOE. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
