What You'll Do:

• Direct and manage day-to-day operations for the Neuroscience & Spine Clinic.
• Drive initiatives that enhance patient experience, access, and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business-related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 3 years of leadership experience (healthcare leadership preferred). Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a healthcare setting.
• Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare operations, compliance, and reimbursement regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.
• Leadership Qualities: Strategic thinker with emotional intelligence and a commitment to team success. Ability to inspire, coach, and develop staff for optimal performance.
