Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a Human Resources Business Partner position. The Human Resources Business Partner will work under the direction of the Human Resource Director to support the Human Resource functions throughout the organization and will serve as the primary contact for directors, supervisors and managers to ensure a professional level of onboarding and adherence to company policies. The HR Business Partner will maintain employee and hospital confidentiality at all times and handle employees, leaders, and external applicants and customers with the utmost professionalism and respect.
