Field Service Technician

Embark on an exciting career that takes you around the world to various mine sites, where you will play a pivotal role in the assembly and installation of new OEM mining equipment. Your expertise will drive the successful management and execution of projects involving mining trailers, ensuring that products are assembled with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to various mine sites globally to assist in the assembly of purchased OEM equipment.
• Efficiently manage and run projects involving the assembly of mining trailers.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure correct processes are followed for the installation of products.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic issues as they arise.
• Utilize schematics and blueprints daily to guide the assembly process.
• Organize products and the assembly/installation process to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate and work directly with customers throughout the entire order process.
• Manage, solve, and report any issues that occur during the project.
• Provide quotes for all products during project planning.

Essential Skills:

• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Experience with assembly and construction processes
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, hydraulics, electrical, and pneumatics
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, working directly with clients

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving skills to lead and resolve issues during assembly
• Willingness to travel over half of the year

Work Environment:

Job Type & Location:

This is a Permanent position based out of Belgrade, MT.

Pay and Benefits:
