Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Express Employment Professionals is actively recruiting for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support a respected local company. This role requires a professional, detail-oriented individual who can confidently manage workflow, and uphold a high standard of communication with the executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow the direction of the Executive Team and appointed Consultants under the leadership of the Company President
- Maintain a positive and respectful work environment
- Immediately email the President with any questions or issues, and ensure managers direct their staff to follow the same process
- Responsible for pre-closing all Repair Orders (ROs) scheduled for delivery each day
- Verify insurance compliance and confirm payments and deductibles before vehicles are completed
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation and job profitability
Results Expected:
- Show up every day with a positive, can-do attitude
- Keep your personal workspace and area of responsibility clean and organized
- Support office equipment maintenance when needed
- Participate actively in ongoing training and education
Skills & Qualifications:
- Professional and friendly communication style
- Ability to follow executive-level directives with consistency and clarity
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient with internal systems and software (training provided)
- Previous customer service or automotive admin experience is a plus
- Committed to maintaining a respectful, solution-focused work culture
