Agricultural Service Technician

Job Opportunity

We are a growing shop specializing in Case and Flexi-Coil agricultural equipment setup, diagnostics, and repair. Our work includes everything from basic maintenance services, electrical diagnosis, to full rebuilds of gearboxes, transmissions, and engines. This role will be mainly in the shop during the winter months and split between the shop and field during the growing season. A large portion of the field work will be electrical diagnostics and repair dealing with Can-Bus systems. Qualified applicants will:

• Have the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Provide excellent customer service and communication
• Be familiar with Case EST and computer-based diagnostics (huge plus)
• Have a clean driving record (CDL is a plus)
• Have general mechanical knowledge of how Ag equipment works (a must)

The compensation will be discussed at the interview but will be between $25-$45/hour DOE. We provide quarterly performance bonuses, a retirement match plan, PTO, and health insurance.
