Job Description:

Broad accounts sales engineer Japan for a fast-growing Analog / Mixed-signal Integrated Circuit Company, Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. Work with distributors and product lines, develop strategy and tactics for expanding business at broad market field.

This position will involve some travel in Japan.

Essential Functions:

  • Contribute to MPS Japan revenue growth through direct and indirect sales activities.
  • Develop relationships with customers to contribute to the growth of the business.
  • Provide service support to customers & sales channels partners throughout territory.
  • Ensure coordination of business matters with the company.
  • Manage distributors on business with broad type customers.
  • Identify issues and build overcoming strategy from widely viewpoint.
  • Communicate with product line for finding best solution for MPS and customers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • BS or higher in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical field, or equivalent, with a minimum 8 years of experience in a sales position in the semiconductor industry.
  • Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
  • Oral / written proficiency in the English language
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
  • Ability to operate under minimum supervision.
  • Aggressive, energetic and open mind person.
  • Ability to judge timely report and escalation.
  • Ambition to grow with the company.
