Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Install, support and maintain new IT desktop systems hardware and software
• Manage and setup IT system access and security configurations
• Support and maintain Servers, Network or Storage systems for optimal performance
• Manage and enforce user PC settings to comply with IT policies
• Provide user training at appropriate level
• Complete and/or escalate user helpdesk requests timely for efficient resolution
• Complete other tasks assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above with major in Computer Science, Information Technology, and Information management
• ≥2 years' experience in IT System
• MS Windows Servers, Services and OS. Windows
• MS Windows 10/11. Windows
• MS Office 365, Exchange Online. Office 365，Exchange Online
• AD, DHCP, DNS, Cisco ISE NAC. ISE
• Network/Internet Technologies, networking and subnet networking
• Particular office software support
• Good people and communication skills (English, Chinese)
