Job Description

Technical support on MPS Server and Data Center related customers.

Promote MPS total solution to customer and solve related problems.

Serve as technical interface to customers; analyze the customer's issues, diagnose technically and solve regular application issues.

Feedback information about market trend, competence analysis, and new product definition.

Candidate Requirement

More than 2 years' experience in Server or Data Center or Telecom related industry, experience on FAE will be a plus.

Strong technical knowledge of products for all kinds of DCDC like buck/boost/buck-boost, high power isolated DC to DC module, high power AC to DC module will be a plus.

Ability to take initiative in problem solving and good communication skills.

Be familiar with Server/Data Center/Telecom applications like Power Supply Unit (PSU), 48V Intermediate Bus Converter (IBC) or Brick Module, Multi-phase power or Voltage Regulator Module (VRM) is preferred.

Experience on project management, following/ tracking etc.

Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and good team spirit.

Fluent communication skills in English will be a plus.

Bachelor or Master majoring in power electronics/Electronics or relatives.
