Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI agents that improve productivity across HR, Finance, Product Support, Customer Service, and CAD workflows.
  • Implement RAG pipelines and integrate domain-specific knowledge bases for accurate, context-aware responses.
  • Fine-tune, optimize, and evaluate open-source LLMs and foundation models (Meta, Google, DeepSeek, Nvidia, etc.).
  • Train custom AI/ML models for targeted business use cases.
  • Build and maintain scalable AI infrastructure to support research, training, inference, and production deployment.
  • Research and evaluate the latest AI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to guide platform evolution.
  • Define coding standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks for AI agent development.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure engineers to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performance systems.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and business processes.
  • Contribute to standardizing development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring frameworks for AI services.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in AI/ML and proactively introduce new tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or completed PhD/MS in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, R.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
  • Experience with RAG models and open-source AI tools.
  • Familiarity with CAD software and design principles is a plus

Soft Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
