Monex USA is looking for a Dealing And Client Service Associate to handle pre and post-transaction inquiries for both internal and external customers. The role will be responsible for responding to incoming calls and emails in accordance with agreed service level agreements and quality standards whilst delivering a high-quality customer experience. In addition to supporting external customers directly, this role will provide support to the internal dealing desk and work closely with the back-office operations team to facilitate a harmonious flow of information internally and externally. This position plays a key role in providing a first-class experience to internal and external customers.
