You will work under the guidance of the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst to maintain finance transactions, data, systems and reporting. You will also collect data and perform detailed checks/controls.

How you will contribute:

  • Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondel膿z International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will also execute data collection and prepare data integrity checks
  • Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies
  • Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst
  • Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement
  • Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of your Finance peers

More about this role:

  • Gestionar de manera eficiente la elaboraci贸n, revisi贸n y control de documentos legales para los clientes WACAM asegurando que respondan a las necesidades del equipo comercial y que cumplan con los lineamientos legales y corporativos. Ser谩 responsable del sistema de administraci贸n de contratos, canalizar consultas del equipo comercial conectando con las diferentes 谩reas responsables/involucradas, garantizar el cumplimiento de los procesos y la rendici贸n de cuentas.
  • Gesti贸n de documentos legales: contratos, acuerdos comerciales, excepci贸n de no contrato, t茅rminos y condiciones, paz y salvos, comunicaci贸n de cuota, adendas y cartas de terminaci贸n.
  • Recibir, entender y canalizar los requerimientos del equipo comercial para la elaboraci贸n o modificaci贸n de documentos contractuales. Asegurando el cumplimiento de las pol铆ticas de MDLZ.
  • Coordinar la elaboraci贸n los documentos legales en la plataforma de CLM
  • Mantener un sistema organizado de gesti贸n contractual que permita trazabilidad y control de versiones.
  • Resolver consultas relacionadas con t茅rminos contractuales, procesos y pol铆ticas para la elaboraci贸n de contratos, acuerdos comerciales, excepci贸n de no contrato, t茅rminos y condiciones, paz y salvos, comunicaci贸n de cuota, adendas y cartas de terminaci贸n.

Education / Certifications:

  • Profesional en Administraci贸n de Empresas, Ingenier铆a Industrial o afines.
  • Ingl茅s Avanzado

Job specific requirements:

  • Profesional con m铆nimo 6 meses en gesti贸n documental, administraci贸n de contratos o soporte comercial en entornos corporativos.
  • Experiencia en coordinaci贸n con 谩reas jur铆dicas y manejo de informaci贸n sensible.
  • Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office y sistemas de gesti贸n documental/CRM.
  • Manejo de la plataforma DocuSign.
  • Capacidad de interpretaci贸n de t茅rminos legales.
  • Organizaci贸n y atenci贸n al detalle.
