Accountable for leading business critical projects within sales, the future digitalisation agenda for sales and sales input to the AC Planning process.

How you will contribute:

  • Leading business critical sales projects or sales input including future M&A
  • Standalone role with critical stakeholders including UK MD, UK Sales Market & Category Planning Senior Director
  • Leading the future digitalisation agenda within Sales supporting the UK Digitalisation & Data lead and NE MDS lead to ensure we continue to drive excellence and continuous improvement post Camden in service of V30 and automating work
  • Inspiring and influencing cross functional, at times multi-regional teams and engaging both internal and external partners
  • Programme management responsibility as appropriate including risk assessment, escalation and budget controls
  • Line management of the Data & Digitilisation Manager

  • Excellent program management skills with experience leading and delivering large projects in multiple regions/markets
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee members
  • Deep knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to positively influence decision making
  • Focus on cost-effective innovation in program delivery
  • Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners
