The Role:

You'll get to work across our plant operations in a series of three 12 month rotations across 3 years. These are designed to give you breadth and depth of knowledge, exposure to industry experts and develop a whole host of skills including core experiences of food manufacturing and project engineering. You will experience a variety of roles across at least two of our plants in Poland, starting with Jankowice (near Poznań) or Bielany Wrocławskie.

Who Are We Looking For?

• A recent graduate (or final-year student) with a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or a related field
• Fluent in English & Polish
• Excited about working in diverse environments and relocating for rotations
• A problem-solver, communicator, and collaborator
• Passionate about innovation and sustainability
• Ready to challenge the status quo and grow into a leadership role
• Mobility to relocate whilst on the Graduate scheme
