To guarantee the fulfillment of sales objectives by supervising a team of sellers, managing client visits, and ensuring the correct execution of commercial strategies in the assigned area. Additionally, provide support to administrative and operational staff, ensuring the correct execution of established KPIs.
- Supervise and manage a team of 15 people, ensuring the correct execution of assigned client visits and the fulfillment of daily objectives. - Guarantee that the sellers' units return with completed visits and according to established KPIs. - Conduct training for new sellers, promoting continuous development in the team. - Monitor and report sales indicators. - Manage and coordinate the planning and execution of client visits, ensuring customer satisfaction and the fulfillment of goals. - Resolve operational and commercial problems efficiently, managing situations under pressure.
- Knowledge of the northern area of Mexico City. - Professional education, completed degree. - Minimum 3 years of experience in the sales area, with emphasis on the traditional or retail channel. - Intermediate knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, databases). - Basic knowledge of Power BI (desirable). - Availability to travel occasionally.
