How you will contribute:
You will:
- Work in close partnership with the business leadership team to execute the analytics agenda
- Identify and incubate best-in-class external partners to drive delivery on strategic projects
- Develop custom models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance
- Execute the business analytics program agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

Principais responsabilidades:
- Estruturar, organizar e garantir a confiabilidade dos dados de RH (people data), atuando na construção de uma base sólida para análises
- Desenvolver e automatizar dashboards e relatórios (Power BI / Excel), garantindo eficiência e escalabilidade
- Analisar indicadores-chave como turnover, engajamento, diversidade e performance, conectando-os com o contexto do negócio
- Gerar insights que apoiem decisões estratégicas de liderança (ex: estrutura organizacional, promoções, retenção de talentos)
- Atuar como parceiro das lideranças de RH, construindo relações de confiança e influenciando decisões com base em dados
- Apoiar o acompanhamento de iniciativas de people (ex: planos de engajamento, agenda de talento, diversidade)
- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e automação contínua nos processos da área
- (Plus) Apoiar análises relacionadas a budget e temas de rewards
Perfil buscado:
- Experiência prévia com análise de dados aplicada a RH / People Analytics / áreas correlatas
- Forte capacidade analítica, com habilidade de interpretar dados e traduzi-los em recomendações práticas
- Experiência com Excel avançado e Power BI
- Perfil consultivo, com habilidade de influenciar stakeholders e construir parcerias
- Mentalidade orientada à automação e melhoria contínua
- Boa comunicação e habilidade de storytelling com dados
