Job Title

Ensuring full Mondelez service in the entrusted region: Zlaté Moravce, Zvolen, Kremnica, Banská Štiavnica, and Krupina.

Executing according to the set rules and goals of "Perfect Store."

Ensuring the execution of promotions and leaflet activities according to the goals and tasks set by KAM (Key Account Manager).

Ensuring retail listing, orders, and sufficient stock reserves in entrusted stores.

Implementing commercial conditions on shelves, secondary displays, and in the cash register zone.

Distributing and placing POP and POS materials to ensure proper communication and visibility of products.

Ensuring merchandising, communication with agency workers to ensure agreed activities.

Selling, managing activities, and data collection via the internal system (Jachym).

Reporting to the Area Sales Manager as per the company's needs.

Administration according to established rules.

Minimum secondary school education, at least 2-3 years of experience as a commercial representative in the FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) sector.

MS Office – Word and Excel (moderately advanced level).

Driver’s license group B and at least 2 years of experience in driving a motor vehicle.

Preferred candidate location: in the entrusted region.

Car available for private use as well.

Basic evaluation at €1,500 (gross) plus quarterly bonuses according to the fulfillment of company and personal goals.
