HR Generalist

HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist, you will become part of the People Experience team and will be responsible for operational HR activities for our factories in Lovosice and Marianske Lazne (work location is in Lovosice, with remote support for Marianske Lazne). You will become the main contact for employees in production for personnel matters and will also engage in various local projects and initiatives.

What Will Be Your Job?

• Get to know our factory and provide comprehensive HR services across the organization
• Recruitment of core employees including communication with agencies and onboarding
• Management of our core employees' data in HR systems
• Handling HR requests from employees
• Management of all documentation (contracts, amendments, exit documents, etc.)
• Responsibility for continuous improvement of comprehensive HR services

What Do We Expect From You?

• You speak Czech or Slovak and also English (at least B1 level)
• You have experience in a similar position
• You are comfortable with computers and various systems
• Education in the field of law, HR or similar is an advantage
• Experience in an international company and a manufacturing environment is also an advantage
