We are looking for an agile, self-motivated individual who is proactive in their approach and looking for a step into a varied role within their HR Career. Working as part of the People Team, this role is a blend of administrative and operational support duties which include recruitment and onboarding, employee record maintenance and absenteeism management, benefits administration, payroll support, training coordination and delivery, as well as ensuring compliance with employment laws meaning experience within Employment Relations is essential. A proven track record as a trusted, credible business support with the ability to engage, inspire and deal with ambiguity.

The role requires someone who has strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills as they will serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries. There is a need for broad HR experience across a range of areas, the HR Co-Ordinator will work in collaboration with the wider People Team to maintain credible and efficient HR operations, always using innovative thinking through a continuous improvement lens and able to confidently implement the changes.

This HR role is generalist, an opportunity to be involved in the whole employee life cycle, working as part of a HR Team to deliver best in class people experience and enabling the team to reach new heights.

How you will contribute:

  • Oversee the new-hire orientation process, and precisely manage documentation for personnel files.
  • Serve as the primary contact for new employee onboarding and general employee communications.
  • Conduct pre-boarding and onboarding for all new hires, improving processes as required.
  • Respond to requests for information from Line Managers and assist all employees with a customer service concept to reach objectives of the department in a timely manner.
  • Maintain department organization by owning systems and providing widespread support where required.
  • Ownership of all employees related records maintenance, both physical and digital.
  • Partner with all members of the People Team to aid and assist with all phases of human resources activity at all business locations ensuring all output is in service of the People Strategy.
  • Review options, request proposals, secure events and oversee activities that take place internally and off site.
  • Create and maintain dashboards/tracking systems to ensure alignment across the team and to drive meaningful outcomes of all people focused activities.
  • Prepare internal and external documents for the team members in support of function operations.
  • Conduct exit interviews and share valuable insight and recommendations with the People Team.
  • Ensure all reporting and documentation is timely and accurate.
  • Perform quality checks of all people related data and run accurate reports by weekly deadline.
  • Maintain, track and log information for both internal and legal compliance.
  • Act as first point of call for all Employee Relations matters and escalate as appropriate.
