 
                                                
                                            Ensure technical and organizational control and maintenance of the repair and service activities of electronic equipment and software (PLC, SCADA, HMI, sensors, flow meters, temperature or pressure sensors, and other peripheral devices for automation), according to the plan developed jointly with the Technical Maintenance Coordinator;
Read and understand electrical and logic diagrams (ladder diagrams) and use them effectively to solve problems and eliminate failures;
Install and configure frequency drives for electric motors;
Work closely with production teams to achieve all key plant indicators;
Work closely with production teams to develop, coordinate and implement training plans, work procedures, and practical training for technical staff in the production section in accordance with the requirements of the AM and RM steps of the IL6S plant plan;
Participate in at least one key system on IL6S, implementing Kaizen ideas, resolving TAGES, and conducting detailed accident analyses.
Organize, control, and coordinate the activities and work of technical staff – third party for repair and maintenance of all process and electronic equipment and software installations outside of regular working hours and on holidays.
Work effectively with other departments to plan and execute maintenance and preventive maintenance of machines and equipment. Ensure continuous administration and reporting of repair and maintenance activities. Guarantee a short-term and medium-term maintenance plan to reduce production interruptions.
Participate in small working groups to eliminate losses and improve the condition of working equipment.
In investment projects, work together with the relevant project manager and be responsible for the technical and expert support for new process and electronic equipment and software related to the implementation of investment projects and their subsequent operation and acceptance by the relevant production section.
Ensure effective planning of major repairs and recurring maintenance activities for process and electronic equipment and software.
Responsible for maintaining the minimum necessary quantities of standard and non-standard spare parts for equipment in the production section.
Prepare and manage automation projects related to improving equipment efficiency, ensuring their implementation, monitoring, and budget compliance. Participate in cross-functional projects, install, and start new production equipment during the implementation of factory optimization projects.
Regularly inform the Asset Reliability Manager of innovations and the need for maintenance planning. Ensure workplace safety and working environment in accordance with local norms and company principles.
Actively participate in assessments for compliance with safety standards with a focus on PS4 "LOTO&MG", PSM 2 Dust, PSM 3 Oven Safety.
Provide effective management of the BOOOS system in accordance with the scope of the position and legal requirements, as well as those of Mondelēz. Maintain and develop maintenance and repair procedures.
Take proactive part in the process of recruiting new employees and interns. Mentor interns in the department. Delegate short-term and long-term tasks, monitor progress, provide guidance and support.
Perform additional tasks and duties assigned by management when necessary. Responsible for:
- Compliance with food quality and safety principles; - Compliance with the general level of hygiene and sanitation - Compliance with the principles of HACCP;
- Detect and eliminate food safety hazards; - Proper documentation for food safety, HACCP, GMP; - Familiar with the requirements of policies, standards, and programs on health and safety at work and environmental protection.
- Comply with and implement the health and safety working conditions and environmental requirements (legal and company).
- Propose actions to improve health and safety working conditions.
- Practice a culture of safe behavior and environmental responsibility.
- Report all incidents, accidents, and dangerous events and, if necessary, participate in their investigation.
Previous experience and experience in a similar position are required
Higher technical education in the field of electronics, production automation, mechatronics and/or at least 5 years of experience in a food production environment in a similar position;
Work competencies:
- Higher technical education and/or at least 3 years of experience in the production environment of chocolate production in the position of an electronic technician or operator technician;
- Excellent knowledge of electronics and automation of production processes;
- Good knowledge of production equipment;
- Good computer skills - SAP, MS Office, AutoCAD;
- Handling software for managing electronic components;
- Fluent in English - written and spoken;
- 3rd qualification group in electrical safety.
