Machines and production facilities are at the core of our operations. As a machine and plant operator, you will become a specialist in the trouble-free production of the popular Milka chocolate, managing the execution of production orders. You will be writing the next chapter in a long-standing success story.

Your tasks include:

• Independently setting up, converting, and maintaining your equipment
• Performing minor repairs on machines
• Manufacturing spare parts made of metal and plastic
• Checking the quality of the produced goods
• Adhering to the prescribed safety and hygiene measures and contributing to the strengthening of our safety culture

You will acquire these skills under expert guidance and in collaboration with experienced colleagues. The training duration is 2 years.

You bring:

• Secondary school diploma or any other higher secondary education with good grades in mathematics and technical subjects
• Interest in the construction and functioning of machines
• Hands-on skills
• Willingness to learn and responsibility
• Team spirit, initiative, and engagement
• High quality and hygiene awareness
• An open communication style and fluent German language skills (C1+)
