You will be accountable for the coordination and enabling the chocolate the overall loss prevention of the section equipment and process technology, contribute to deliver of the SQCDSM metrics (particularly maintenance KPI's as OEE, MTBF MNR cost, etc.). You will ensure un-interrupted service is provided by 100% compliance to Local legal regulations, Quality, Health Safety & Environment management systems and standards.
How You Will Contribute
You will:
- Main focus to support daily maintenance across the section.
- Implement IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working: delivering zero breakdowns via preventive/predictive maintenance strategies and technical mastery of maintenance and operation teams; PM (Progressive Maintenance) AM (Autonomous Maintenance) Pillar, and CBM (condition based monitoring), Visual controls & tools Mgmt., Loss elimination, Lubrication mgmt. & Calibration of equipment(s) etc.
- Role model Values and principles through effective coaching, and building capability of Operating teams via specific training on routine maintenance, equipment breakdown and CIL (Cleaning, Inspection and Lubrication) techniques.
- Interface with key stakeholders internally & externally to develop and maintain effective relationships, align priorities in order to deliver the company objectives, and goals.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
- Program from scratch, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with PLCs (Siemens, AB) Fanuc, ABB, UR robots, and Omron, Keyence, Cognex machine vision systems.
- Improve maintenance efficiency together with Section Maintenance Leader.
- Coach, manage root cause/breakdown analysis.
- Daily contact with parts/machine suppliers.
What You Will Bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- Mechanical, electrical or mechatronic or equivalent degree.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Advanced knowledge of TPM (including AM-Autonomous Maintenance, Progressive Maintenance).
- Experience to prepare maintenance plan.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and frequently changing work environment based on production requirements and demands.
- Ability to coach and train advanced tools and knowledge (PDCA, RCA, failure detection methods) to maintenance team.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & experience in ERP systems. Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
