Job Description

1. Participates in the implementation of the IL6S program and the objectives of the Progressive Maintenance (PM) pillar;

2. Processes and analyzes data from conducted Accident Analysis (AA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and takes necessary actions to implement changes;

3. Leads and participates in the analysis of losses and engages the production and maintenance team in their removal; implements goals and manages activities to eliminate losses;

4. Develops and maintains a knowledge transfer system for safety standards to technical and production teams (PSM 1 to PSM 7, PS 4 "LOTO&MG" as minimum). If necessary, develops and supports the implementation of standard operating procedures, maintenance plans, and action plans for various events related to safety standards.

5. Develops and participates in training for the technical staff of the plant;

6. Develops and maintains a database of production and auxiliary equipment;

7. Actively participates in the development and continuous improvement of periodic (TBM) and condition-based (CBM) maintenance systems for the plant's assets;

8. Investigates and participates in the implementation of technical solutions supporting the achievement of goals for reducing accidents and increasing machine efficiency (OEE);

9. Actively participates in conducting and providing information to the daily performance management system (Maintenance DMS 3);

10. Participates in the management of key performance indicators (KPIs and KAIs) of the Progressive Maintenance pillar;

11. Responsible for at least one system of the IL6S program;

12. Leads FMECA, MP, and RCM initiatives and programs;

13. Leads projects to optimize processes in the area of Asset Reliability;

14. Responsible for maintaining and complying with repair and maintenance procedures;

15. Actively participates in the management of the inventory of spare parts; processes and analyzes data and takes necessary actions to support the achievement of annual goals;

16. Participates in the management of the budget, conducts periodic analyses, and proposes corrective actions;

17. Proposes and manages initiatives to reduce repair and maintenance costs and inventory levels of spare parts;

18. Participates in the study, development, and implementation of energy efficiency measures;

19. Participates in the calibration process of measuring instruments and the continuous improvement of the system;

20. Performs additional tasks and duties assigned by management as necessary.

21. Knows the principles of business ethics and corporate responsibility in the position; raises questions and shows initiative in ethical problems; applies corporate responsibility norms in all aspects of professional activity.

22. Responsible for:

- Compliance with food safety and quality principles;

- Compliance with the general level of hygiene and sanitation - Compliance with HACCP and GMP principles;

- Detection and removal of food safety hazards;

- Proper documentation for food safety, HACCP, GMP; 23. Familiar with the requirements of health and safety policies, standards, and programs at work and environmental protection.

Complies with and implements healthy and safe working conditions and environmental requirements (legal and company-specific).

Proposes actions to improve working conditions and health and safety.

Advocates a culture of safe behavior and environmental responsibility.

Reports all incidents, accidents, and dangerous events and, if necessary, participates in their investigation.

MTBF, MTTR, GE, OEE number of BOS; number of QRP Achieving safety X-assessment criteria

Annual Goals:

In accordance with the presentation goals of the plant by categories (S, Q, D, C, E, M)

Outside the organization: Third-party companies - manufacturers of production equipment and spare parts (to improve technical maintenance); Government authorities.

Within the organization: Works effectively with other team members and representatives of all other departments in the plant.
