Role Overview

We are seeking a certified and experienced Sales Training Manager in the Orlando, FL area to assist our new hires and existing employees in developing their skills and knowledge. Your primary objective as the corporate trainer will be to conduct informative training sessions, promote company efficiency, and enhance the skills of all personnel.

What You'll Do

• Manage and Exceed Goals: Collaborate with management to identify the company's training needs.
• Lead and Develop: Train and guide new employees.
• Strategize for Success: Implement an effective training curriculum.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Memorize scripts verbatim and engage in role-playing exercises.
• Ensure Excellence: Present hard copy training materials, including module summaries, videos, and presentations.

Work Experience

• People Skills: Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of proven experience with in-home sales.
• Detail-Oriented: Solid knowledge of corporate training techniques.
• Adaptability: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Leadership Vision: Solid knowledge of sales training techniques.
