- The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role involves cold calling outbound leads to educate prospective customers on how Momence can benefit their business
- Responsibilities include driving lead generation, identifying decision makers, and managing sales activities in the CRM
- The role supports top-of-the-funnel outbound lead qualification and requires about 12 months of learning and growth before potential progression within the company
- In the first few months, SDRs will focus on onboarding, training, and ramping up towards scheduling qualified demos with Account Executives
- The position offers a collaborative, supportive team environment, uncapped commission on closed deals, and a flexible vacation policy
⚡ Requirements
- Successful candidates will have at least 1 year of sales experience and be comfortable with high volume phone work
- Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and excellent phone presence are essential for this role
- Ideal candidates will have experience with outbound cold-calling and working in early stage startups
- A service-oriented, problem-solving sales approach and experience in customer verticals like fitness, yoga, and wellness are highly valued
