Key Account Sales Executive

At moka.care, we are reinventing the way to view mental health in the enterprise. We believe in teams that feel good to build a healthy organization. Concretely, moka.care offers a complete mental health prevention solution: We accompany employees with individual sessions, a self-care application, and a micro-learning tool integrated into Slack and Teams. We help HR teams with an automated data analytics interface and personalized advice from experts. Since December 2019, more than 250 companies, including L'Oréal, Spendesk, and Engie, have joined moka.care, benefiting more than 200,000 employees worldwide. We have raised 17.5 million euros from top-tier investors and business angels.

Why we need you! As an Account Executive KA, you will play a key role in expanding our portfolio of partnerships with large companies (over 1000 FTEs). You will work directly with Sean and collaborate with Pierre-Étienne, Guillaume, Caroline, Rémy, Martin, and Léa.

On a daily basis, you will:

  • Pilot the entire sales cycle: Participate in lead generation efforts alongside marketing and BDR teams until closing deals. Cultivate and manage your pipeline through various channels to ensure a constant flow of opportunities.
  • Develop acquisition and commercial expansion: Use different strategies, including "foot in the door" approaches, to acquire new accounts. Find the right balance between expanding existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
  • Excel in sales meetings: Carefully prepare and conduct meetings with Sean, Pierre-Étienne, or Guillaume with professionalism and rigor. Adapt your strategies by combining proactive approaches and active listening to secure new accounts. Maintain a balance between managing existing clients and acquiring new accounts to maximize our impact.

Objectives to achieve in 3 to 6 months:

  • Advance deals in the pipeline and achieve significant results.
  • Exceed your individual objectives after your first six months.

This position is for you if:

    You are the ideal person if:

    • You have at least 4 years of experience in B2B sales.
    • You know how to create and maintain relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders within companies.
    • You have excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
    • You demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, agility, and proactivity.
    • You have strong organizational skills and process mapping.
    • You embody empathy, listening, proactivity, resilience, and audacity to push boundaries.
    • Ideally, you have knowledge of HR personas and international environments.
